I hold a degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Universidad de los Andes. I have professional experience specializing in hydrology and water resources. In addition, I have worked as a university professor and have participated in projects with public entities related to land-use planning, community capacity building, and sustainable drainage. I am interested in topics related to water resource management, the application of geographic information systems, and watershed conservation.
