I am an Associate Professor and Deputy Director at Ecole Polytechnique d'Agadir – International University of Agadir, Morocco. I also lead the MOSI (Modeling, Optimization, and Intelligent Systems) research unit, which is part of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Applied Research (LIDRA).

My research focuses on industrial systems engineering and operational excellence, with particular emphasis on the development and optimization of integrated production and maintenance policies. Through analytical modeling and optimization approaches, I design mathematical models and decision-support strategies that enable the effective synchronization of production processes with maintenance activities. The objective is to develop optimal management policies that improve system reliability, reduce downtime and operational costs, and enhance the overall performance of industrial systems.

This combination of academic leadership and research activity enables me to bridge higher education governance with applied scientific research, addressing the complex challenges faced by modern industries.
