Short Biography
Prof. Chafic Salamé is General Chair of the TMREES Conference Series and Director General of the European Academy for Sustainable Development (EURACA), France. He received his Habilitation (HDR) from the University of Perpignan, France, and served as Full Professor at the Lebanese University from 2003 to 2021. His research and academic activities focus on renewable energy, sustainability, environmental sciences, advanced materials, and international scientific cooperation.
Prof. Salamé has coordinated numerous international conferences and scientific collaborations involving universities, research centers, and industrial partners worldwide. He is editor and organizer of more than 50 international conference volumes and has contributed extensively to scientific publishing indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
He is actively involved in European and international projects related to sustainable development, higher education, research networking, and innovation. His work aims to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and promote scientific excellence at the international level.
